Overview
After you connect your M-Bridge account to HubSpot, you can create your mapping tables in M-Bridge. There are three available mapping tables that are required for different HubSpot scenarios:
- HubSpot Company Properties—This maps companies in HubSpot to Kantata OX groups. This table is required for the HubSpot Deal to Mavenlink Project and HubSpot Company to Mavenlink Workspace Group scenarios.
- HubSpot Deal Properties—This maps HubSpot deals to Kantata OX projects. This table is required for the HubSpot Deal to Mavenlink Project scenario.
- HubSpot Deal Stages—This maps HubSpot deals to Kantata OX projects.
How to Create a New HubSpot Mapping Set
- Log in to M-Bridge.
- On the homepage, locate the HubSpot card and then click Settings. The Scenarios page opens.
- On the right side of the page, click the Mappings drop-down menu and then select the desired mapping set. You’re redirected to the HubSpot Mappings page.
- In the top-right corner of the page, click New Mapping Set. The new mapping set page opens.
Note: The Kantata OX and HubSpot field options on the new mapping set page will vary depending on which mapping set is selected.
- Add a Name for the company mapping set.
- Select a Service.
- In the External column, select which HubSpot field will map to the corresponding Kantata OX (Mavenlink) field for each pair.
Note: Fields in the Mavenlink column are auto-populated from Kantata OX projects—including custom fields—but they can be edited and removed as needed.Note: When you first click on a drop-down in the External column, it may take a few moments for the options to appear.
- If you’d like to remove a mapping pair from the set, click the Delete button to the right of the pair.
- To add any additional mapping pairs, click Add Mapping Pair at the bottom of the table and then fill out the fields that appear.
- Click Submit. The mapping set is created and appears on the Mapping Sets page.
How to Import a HubSpot Mapping Set
- Log in to M-Bridge.
- On the homepage, locate the HubSpot card and then click Settings. The Scenarios page opens.
- On the right side of the page, click the Mappings drop-down menu and then select the desired mapping set. You’re redirected to the HubSpot Mappings page.
- In the top-right corner of the page, click Import Mapping Set. The Import Mapping Set page opens.
- Enter a Name and select a Service.
- Click Choose File and then follow your computer's prompts to select your CSV file.
- Click Import. Your mapping set imports and appears on the Mapping Sets page.
Note: If your CSV file is missing any required headers, an error message will appear at the top of the page listing which headers are needed.
