Overview
Kantata’s integration with HubSpot connects deal and company information to your projects in Kantata OX, helping you link your sales and project delivery processes more efficiently, and build stronger customer relationships. Your Kantata OX projects and Groups are automatically created and populated with important information whenever your HubSpot deal reaches a selected stage.
With this integration, your service delivery teams can begin project execution more effectively and sales teams can see key metrics about the projects they sold—with all the information they need to reach out and follow up with customers.
Getting Started
To get started with the HubSpot integration, please reach out to the Customer Success team. Once they have provisioned HubSpot for you in M-Bridge, perform the following actions in the listed order to fully activate HubSpot:
- Connect to HubSpot via the public application.
- Create your HubSpot to Kantata mappings.
- Set up your HubSpot scenarios.
HubSpot Mappings
Before you create any scenarios, you first need to set up your HubSpot mapping tables. There are three available mapping tables that are required for different scenarios:
- HubSpot Company Properties—This maps companies in HubSpot to Kantata OX groups.
- HubSpot Deal Properties—This maps HubSpot deal properties to Kantata OX projects.'
- HubSpot Deal Stages—This maps HubSpot deal stages to Kantata OX projects.

HubSpot Scenarios
There are four pre-built scenarios available for this integration:
- HubSpot Deal to Mavenlink Project—This scenario creates a project in Kantata OX when a HubSpot deal reaches a certain stage. Requires the HubSpot Deal Properties and HubSpot Company Properties mapping tables.
- HubSpot Deal Line Items to Mavenlink Projects—This scenario creates Kantata projects from line items on HubSpot deals.
- Mavenlink Project Fields to HubSpot Deal Fields—This scenario syncs Kantata project standard fields and project custom fields back to the HubSpot deal that created them.
- HubSpot Company to Mavenlink Workspace Group—This scenario syncs HubSpot company data to Kantata Groups. Requires the HubSpot Company Properties mapping table.

How to Connect to HubSpot via the Public Connector
Kantata OX has a public connector available in HubSpot that generates a secure, OAuth2 connection between M-Bridge and your HubSpot environment.
- Log in to M-Bridge.
- In the upper-right corner of M-Bridge, click Account and then Services from the drop-down that appears.
- On the Services page, click Add Service drop-down and select HubSpot from the list. New fields appear.
- Enter a Name.
- Ensure the Global for Account? checkbox is checked.
- Select the Create button. You're redirected to a confirmation screen.
- On the confirmation screen, click Confirm to create the service.
- You’re redirected to the Kantata OX Connector page in HubSpot. From here, you can sign in to your HubSpot account or create a new one.
Note: If your HubSpot user is linked to more than one HubSpot account, you’ll be prompted to select which account you want to connect to Kantata OX.

After logging in to your HubSpot account, you're automatically redirected to the M-Bridge Services page where the new service appears under the Account Services list. Click the Test button to the right of the new service to confirm that the connection was set up successfully.
