When you receive an email notification from Mavenlink it will include the name of the person who posted the message, the name of the project it pertains to, a direct link to the project, and the email address of the project.
WARNING
For security reasons, you should never share this email address; it is unique to you and your Mavenlink account. If you inadvertently share it, you should immediately generate a new inbound mailer address to ensure that only you have access.
How to Reply to a Project Post Through Email
- Click Reply on the email.
- If any extra text has been added to the email by your client, remove it so that it does not get posted into the project.
- Type your reply and attach any files.
- Click Send. The new comment will be added to the original message.
How to Send a Message to a Project Post Through Email
- Add the Mavenlink workspace email ID in the To field of your email. The ID can be found on the bottom right of the project activity feed.
- Type your message and attach any files to the email.
- Click Send. The new comment will be added to the original message.
