We now allow account administrators to have finer grain control over who can be invited to the provider team in a project. By default, anyone can be invited to a project in Mavenlink. If you’d prefer to only have your Account Members participate in your projects, you can adjust the project participant setting on the General Settings page.
Adjusting this setting to “Account Members Only” will ensure that your project participants are always official members of your account so that you can track their project activities, control their permission level, and access to project. This will also prevent any participants from being created outside of your account.
