Setting up the Kantata OX Integration with QuickBooks Online

To integrate Kantata OX with QuickBooks Online:

  1. Hover over Settings from the left-side nav bar and select QuickBooks.
  2. On the QuickBooks Settings page, click on the Connect to QuickBooks button.
  3. Use your Intuit Single User Administrator ID and password to sign in.
  4. Once you've signed in, authorize the connection between Intuit and Kantata OX.
    Note: Currently, your Kantata account can only be connected to one company file.Mavenlink-Intuit-Connect.png
  5. After you've authorized the sharing of data between Kantata OX and Intuit, the systems will be connected.
  6. Next, you'll need to map Kantata OX data fields to QuickBooks Online data fields. This is done from the Intuit Settings page in Kantata OX. Return to the Settings > QuickBooks page and click the Set up button.
    Note: The ability to map QuickBooks to Kantata OX is only available for users with QuickBooks Plus and Advanced subscription plans.
  7. The Intuit Settings page has five distinct mapping categories. For additional information about QuickBooks mapping, please click on a category name below.
  8. Once your mappings have been set up, your Kantata OX account will be fully synched with QuickBooks.


QuickBooks Online is a cloud-based software that seamlessly integrates with Kantata OX. To integrate with QuickBooks Desktop, you need to connect via Intuit's Web Connector. It is recommended that you configure the Web Connector before connecting to Kantata OX.
