The project Task Tracker is a fast and efficient way of keeping tasks and team members on track and on schedule. The Task Tracker improves transparency by providing a way for clients and consultants to clearly understand both the work being performed and the timeline for completion.
The intuitive drag-and-drop interface makes it easy to:
- Create tasks, deliverables, and milestones
- Assign resources to project tasks
- Reprioritize, nest, and manage projects
- Specify project dates for project milestones (and sync them with Google Calendar)
- Quickly access the Task Details side panel, where you can view and manage activity posts, checklists, proofs, files, and attachments.
So, if you need a certain report created, a specific consultant to complete a 'better business' blog, or a final budget proposal to be completed before a certain date—the Task Tracker helps you keep track of it all.
The project Task Tracker tab is essentially an up-to-date list of all the work, milestones, deliverables, and issues associated with a project. You can view, filter, and sort by title, status, assignee, priority, or date range. At a glance, you'll be able to see task types, assigned project resources, and more—all on a single page. In addition, you can easily reprioritize and create new top- and sub-level tasks.
Members invited to the project can be assigned to any task in the tracker, increasing accountability and visibility for the work being done. You can also select and view all unnamed resources that have been assigned to tasks via templates.
Clicking on a task title opens up the Task Details side panel, where you can quickly access task details, checklists, proofs, files and attachments, and more.
Right-clicking anywhere on a task row gives you access to frequently-used task-related actions.
