Activity Feed: Collaborate with teammates by posting comments in the Activity Feed and or drill down to a specific project’s feed and collaborate there. This helps you stay up to date with team communication while on the go.
Projects: Create and view all your projects from one place. Navigate to a specific project to post messages, create tasks, track time, log an expense, and get project information just like you would via the web.
Task Tracker: Create and assign new Tasks, Deliverables, and Milestones.
Time Tracking: Track billable and non-billable hours as tasks and deliverables are completed, no matter where you are.
Expense Tracking: Take a picture of a receipt and file an expense while you’re on the go.
Quick Actions: High frequency actions are easily accessible via the left-hand navigation. The Quick Actions are:
- Create a Project
- Post a Message
- Create a Task
- Log a Time Entry
- Log an Expense
Q: How do I get started using the mobile app?
A: If you are a Mavenlink user, navigate to m.mavenlink.com using your mobile browser, enter your login credentials, and tap “Yes” to enter the app. For quick access, add the icon to your home screen.

A: Mavenlink’s mobile app is an HTML5 application. It is viewable from any smartphone including Android or iPhone.
Q: What does it cost?
A: The collaboration features of the mobile app are free to Mavenlink customers. To access Time and Expenses, you must be on a Premier Plan. To sign up for a Premier Plan, click here.
Q: What functionality does the mobile app have?
A: Customers can create or respond to posts, create and edit tasks, create and filter projects, view files, as well as add and track time and log expenses.
Q: What smartphones does the Mavenlink application support?
A: Since the Mavenlink mobile app is an HTML5 application, it can be used on any mobile browser on any modern mobile device.
Q: Can I use it on my iPad?
A: The Mavenlink mobile app can be used on an iPad, although it is currently optimized for mobile phones. The desktop version of Mavenlink also displays very well in Safari, Google Chrome, and Firefox on iPads, for those who want complete site functionality.
Q: Can I find it in the App Store?
A: Mavenlink is not currently in the Apple App Store. The app runs in any mobile browser, so you do not need to download a separate application. You can add an icon to your home screen following the instructions when you first log in from your phone.
